Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
Shipping Regions and Rates
United States
Delivery: 4–6 business days after shipment.
Shipping Cost: Free
We ship to PO Box, APO (Army Post Office), and FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses in the United States via USPS Standard Shipping.
Canada
Delivery: 4–6 business days after shipment.

Order Tracking
Once the package has been shipped, a tracking link will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
Address Changes
Address modifications can only be made before the order ships. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer service team via email immediately. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, we are unable to change the delivery address.
Delivery Issues and Lost Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package: Please check with neighbors, the building front desk, your mailbox, or the local post office. Please contact us within 7 business days of the “Delivered” status so we can investigate.
Lost or Missing Packages: Once the situation is confirmed, we will file a claim with the carrier. Claim processing typically takes 7–14 business days. We will not arrange a reshipment or refund until the carrier has completed their investigation. ## Important Shipping Information
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather conditions, customs clearance, public holidays, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- Specific shipping restrictions apply to multi-tools and knives. We reserve the right to cancel orders if local regulations prevent us from shipping to your location.
